RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you purchased a product and change your mind at the time you receive it, you may return it for a refund within 7 days. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
At Abundance Hair Boutique LLC, we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. Every bundle of hair goes through a vigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied. We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. Most items purchased with us can be returned for refund within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will only be granted for products inspected and determined that they have not been tampered with or used due to hygienic reasons and for the safety of our customers. Items must be returned unopened, unused and uninstalled in original selling condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. We cannot refund or exchange extensions that have had the Abundance Hair Boutique seal around the top of wefts removed or altered. Items that are returned defaced or damaged are not eligible for a refund or replacement. Some product categories are ineligible for returns. We do not accept returns for wigs, clip-ins, hairpieces, hair closures and discontinued/sale items. Other items may be ineligible, please partner with us if you have questions.
Send the product back in original condition and we’ll credit your Paypal/credit card or bank account the total amount of your order, minus shipping incurred by AHB. Refunds take 4-5 business days to be completed once returned to our facility. Please call 1-833-872-URCROWN with any questions you may have.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please keep the tracking number of returned product(s) for delivery verification.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please follow the steps below for a refund;
1. Send us an email with pictures – within 24 hours of receipt of your item(s).
2. Explain the problem with the hair, with as much detail as possible.
3. We will look into your request and get back to you within 24 to 48 hours with a response.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will be not be provided a refund. All sales are final on purchases that have not been returned within 7 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 1659 Hwy 20 W Suite 321, McDonough, GA 30253.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Free shipping specials are subject to minimum order amounts; hence a refund will be issued less the actual shipping cost.
