Placing an order is quick and easy with AHB. All prices on the website exclude shipping fees. Customers must ensure that they have used the correct delivery address at checkout. All fields must be completed. If the address is entered incorrectly, the customer must take full responsibility for all costs incurred. Please double check all postal information prior to confirming orders. Once the package leaves our facility, we cannot change any shipping information. Items are marked as delivered by the postal service. If an item is marked as delivered, Abundance Hair Boutique unfortunately will not re-send the product. All tracking updates are FINAL and any missing package will have to be investigated by the chosen courier company. 

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and USA holidays.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST)will be shipped out that day! (MON-FRI). Any orders received after 12:00 PM (EST) will be shipped on the next business day. Weekends and Holidays DO NOT count as business days. Please be advised that in some cases orders can take up to two days to process before being shipped depending on product availibility and the volume of orders being processed at that time. We advise that you order your hair at least two days earlier than the expected arrival date. We are not responsible for lost appointments due to late shipments within the two day processing period. 

To be eligible for 1-3 day express shipping ~orders must be in before 9:00 AM (EST). If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days. *(Note: All Shipping addresses are verified through US Postal service, If you are unsure of your shipping address, Please refer to USPS.com, does not apply to international addresses)

FedEx cannot ship your orders to P.O. boxes. Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will require and additional business day to arrive. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional business days to deliver. FedEx does not ship to military (APO/FPO), P.M. Box, or distribution center addresses. Other restricted regions include Russia and Italy. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for package pick-up if necessary. We cannot be responsible for any problems or additional costs if the customer requests that the carrier deliver to an alternate location that is different than the original shipping address.
